Dear Manager,

I am Bramma, residing in Brampton, Ontario. I am writing this email concerning the accident happened inside a supermarket .I am hoping that the similar accident won’t repeat and prevent such incidents in the future.

I have been loyal to your Business for the past four years and haven’t experienced such kind of issues before. I would like you to consider the below suggestions and avoid such accidents.

We have visited your shop on Jan 14th, 2024 around 2:00 PM. Near to fresh produce, we could see that the floors are wet and slippery .

Firstly, we have approached the staff to clean the floor and place a wet floor board to avoid the accidents.

Secondly, we have informed the compliance lead to do the thorough checking inside a supermarket, so that the kids and an old age people are visiting and purchasing the goods from your store will be safe.

As far as the issues are concerned, the wet floor board was not placed on the floor near the 2nd floor of the fresh produce and I fell on the floor with minor injuries.

I would suggest you to take necessary actions to prevent similar accidents in future by giving training to the staffs on the work ethics and immediately provide the solution for such incidents.
