Dear Hotel Manager,

I’m writing to tell you that I left my bag at your hotel when I was on vacation recently. My name is ABC, and I stayed at your hotel from 12-03-2023 until 20-03-2023.

The bag I left behind is a red stripe on the front of a black backpack. There is a laptop, some important papers, and a few personal things in the bag. The papers include my passport, credit cards, and some business papers. The laptop is a silver-coloured MacBook Pro. I care a lot about the safety of these things because they are very important to me.

So, I’d appreciate it if you could help me find my bag and make sure its contents are safe. I know that this could take a while, but I would like to know if there is any progress. If you find the bag, please let me know so I can make plans to have it sent to my house. I’d be happy to pay for any shipping costs that come up.
