Write a letter to the Gym manager  in about 150-200 words. In the letter, explain:

Dear Mr Paul,

I’m writing this letter to tell you that my bag went missing while I was doing yoga at the gym. My name is ABC, and I go to your gym on a regular basis. The incident happened around 6:00 pm on the evening of 28-03-2023.

The bag that went missing is a shoulder bag made of black leather. The size of the bag is about 12 inches long and 8 inches wide. Some of my personal items, like my wallet, cell phone, keys, and important papers, are in the bag. Also in the bag are my shoes and clothes for working out.

I’m worried about my bag, so please help me find it. Please review the area’s CCTV footage and speak to gym employees and other members who were there. I hope you’ll do everything you can to find my bag and its contents.

I also propose the gym protect gym members’ valuables. Provide lockers or a staff person to watch over members’ possessions.
