I hope you are well when you get this email. I’m ABC], and I’m writing to tell you about a problem with a book I checked out from the city library. I was given the book on 22-05-2023.

The book in question is called XYZ by ZWE. But when I got home and started reading it, I saw that the first few pages were missing. As someone who reads a lot and knows how important it is for books to be whole and unbroken, I’d like your help to figure this out.

In light of this problem, I’d like to suggest that the library staff pay more attention to how the books look before lending them out. Doing detailed checks and maintenance will help ensure the library’s collection stays in great shape and gives all readers the best reading experience possible.

I would appreciate a new copy of the book or, if possible, a good option. It would be very helpful if you could look into this right away.
