You want to discontinue a course at an institute.
You are doing a six months course at an institute. You have recently been offered a full-time job at a company, so now you won’t be able to continue the course. Write an Email to your course head, Explaining:
Dear Course Head,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the ongoing six-month course at the institute.
I have recently been offered a full-time job at a company, which I have decided to accept. Therefore, I am unable to devote the required time and commitment to the course.
The job I have been offered is in line with my career aspirations and provides a valuable opportunity for professional growth. Given the significance of this opportunity, I feel compelled to prioritise my employment commitments at this time.
I would like to inquire if the institute offers a late evening course for the same subject or a suitable alternative that would accommodate my work schedule. This would allow me to pursue my educational goals alongside my new job.
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by my decision to discontinue the course. I truly appreciate the knowledge and guidance I have received from the institute during my time as a student.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I look forward to your response regarding the availability of a late evening course or any alternative arrangements.
Best regards,
ABC
