Writing an Email: You took a trip with your friends last week. The Hotel staff lost your ID. Write a letter to the Hotel Manager about the lost ID. In your Email Explain:
Dear Mr Mason,
My recent stay at your esteemed hotel was marred by a troubling incident. I booked at your hotel from 20th May to 25th May 2023. Unfortunately, I had a bad incidence throughout my stay.
I lost my ID card on 24 May in my hotel room, Room No: 123, or in the lobby. I couldn’t find it. I appreciate my identity card because it is my main form of identification.
Please help me find my misplaced ID. I would really appreciate if your personnel could thoroughly explore the areas specified and verify with the proper departments for any possible retrieval. If the ID is found or its location is discovered, please alert me immediately.
Losing my ID has caused me much trouble. I ask the hotel to resolve this issue. This may mean properly investigating the occurrence, checking security camera footage, and updating me on the process of finding my ID. To prevent such mishaps, please evaluate your policies and procedures.
You’re professional and customer-focused. We appreciate your prompt response. For any questions, please contact me at 9998888554. I want this resolved quickly.
Yours sincerely,
