Dear Mr Maxwell,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere regret for being unable to enroll in the upcoming Data Analytics course scheduled to begin on 05-09-2023. I was eagerly looking forward to joining the course and enhancing my skills in this field.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal commitments that have arisen, I find myself in a situation where I won’t be able to commit the necessary time and focus required for the course. It is with great disappointment that I have to withdraw my enrollment.

I understand the importance of the course and the valuable knowledge it offers. Therefore, I am kindly requesting information about any alternative options or if there are plans to offer this course again in the future. I am very keen on gaining expertise in Data Analytics and would appreciate any guidance you could provide.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my withdrawal and appreciate your understanding. I hope to have the opportunity to enroll in the course at a more suitable time.

Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

Best regards,
ABC
