To qualify for a permanent residency in Canada, you need to qualify with a good score as proof of English Language Proficiency. You have to score Minimum of CLB 7 under the category of Canada Express Entry and under the category of Federal Skilled Worker Program is minimum CLB 4. Below CLB 7, you are not eligible to apply a program of Express Entry under FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER (FSW).
