Job Application Rejection
Writing an email to the employer after receiving a job application rejection. In your Email, Explain:
Dear Mr Smith,
I appreciate your consideration of my application for HR Manager at XYZ Company. Despite my disappointment, I appreciate the time and effort you and your team invested in evaluating my application.
I submitted my application for the position on 05-05-2023 and was eager to join your team. However, I was recently informed that my application was unsuccessful. While I was disappointed to hear this, I realize that the selection process is extremely competitive and that other candidates may have been more qualified for the position.
I want to assure you that my interest in the company remains strong, and I would appreciate it if you would keep me in mind for any future positions that may be a good fit. I am confident that my abilities and experience would be an asset to your organization, and I would appreciate the chance to contribute to its success.
Once more, I appreciate the opportunity to apply for the position. I hope we can remain in contact and that I will have the chance to apply for a position with your company in the future.
Sincerely,
ABC
