Task: You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Response: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an online purchase I recently made from your website. I ordered a Bluetooth wireless headset, which was described as noise-cancelling with a 10-hour battery life.

However, the product I received is completely different—it is a wired headset with no noise-cancelling feature and poor sound quality.

I had chosen this item specifically for travel purposes based on your product description, and receiving a different version has caused great inconvenience.

I kindly request a replacement with the correct model as listed on your website or a full refund for the amount paid. Please also arrange for the return pickup of the incorrect item at the earliest.

I have attached a screenshot of the product page and a photo of what I received for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
