Test-Taker Experience: How CELPIP.biz Helped Me Prepare for My Exam
Hi, I’m Anjali, and I recently took the CELPIP General Test in June 2025. I’m so happy to share that I scored a Level 9 overall, and I honestly believe that celpip.biz played a big role in helping me reach that goal, especially in the Writing and Speaking sections.
I started preparing around 2 months before my test. At first, I didn’t know where to begin, so I found Celpip.biz on the Internet. When I navigated this website, I found a large number of Samples for each part (Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing), that helped me a lot to practice for my Celpip Test. To practice on a real time online platform, I found CelpipStore, this platform has more than 250 of practice tests, these tests played a vital role in practicing my Celpip Exam. Here’s what really worked for me:
- Easy to Use and Beginner-Friendly
The website was very simple and was easy to use, as I am a beginner even though i found website very easy to practice from samples without paying any penny. The four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking were all available in one place, and that helped me stay organized.
- Listening Practice That Felt Real
The Listening samples on celpip.biz were very close to the actual test format. The audio clips used natural Canadian English, and the topics were realistic. This helped me improve my note-taking and listening speed, which is very important because you only get to hear each audio once during the real exam.
I practiced almost daily using their audio and question sets, and over time, I started getting better at catching details like names, dates, reasons, and speaker attitudes.
- Helpful Reading Tasks
The Reading section had different types of questions that helped me prepare for both scanning and careful reading. I learned how to quickly find key information in the text, which saved me a lot of time on the actual test day.
The topics were everyday situations, so I didn’t feel lost or overwhelmed. Practicing these helped me feel comfortable and confident with time management in Reading.
- Writing Samples + Expert Evaluation
One of the best features was the Writing evaluation. After I submitted my writing responses (like the Email and Opinion tasks), an actual expert reviewed my work and sent back remarks.
They pointed out my grammar mistakes, awkward phrases, and even gave suggestions on how to structure my answers better. For example, they told me I was using “too casual” language in formal emails and that really helped me fix my tone.
They also explained what mistakes to avoid in the future, like:
- Writing too much or too little
- Going off-topic
- Forgetting to use linking words like “however” or “in contrast”.
Having that human feedback made a big difference. I wasn’t just guessing what I did wrong I knew exactly what to work on.
- Speaking Feedback That Helped Me Improve Fast
The Speaking section on celpip.biz also came with an expert evaluation. After I recorded and submitted my answers, I got personalized feedback on my:
- Pronunciation
- Clarity
- Speaking pace
- Vocabulary range
- Answer structure
They told me where I was hesitating too much and when my answers sounded too short or unfinished. One constructive tip they gave was to add small personal stories or examples to support my opinion. That helped me improve my scores fast in just a few weeks.
CELPIP.biz was not just a practice site, it gave me the confidence I needed. It helped me become accustomed to the format, learn the scoring expectations, and improve through expert guidance, particularly in Writing and Speaking.
Later, I also used the official free CELPIP practice tests from CelpipStore for scoring and timed tests. However, if you’re just starting, I highly recommend using celpip.biz first. It helps you understand the test and grow with honest feedback.
