You ordered a small item online recently but when it arrived, it was damaged. Write a letter to the company/brand that sold you the item, in about 150-200 words. In the letter, explain:-

I’m writing this letter to let you know that one of the things I recently bought from your website has a problem. I ordered a Laptop from your website on 25-03-2023, and my order number was 1234eds. But when I got the item, I found that it was broken.
Poor wrapping caused the item to be destroyed during transportation. The damage makes the item useless, and I’m very upset that it got here in such bad shape.
I would like the item to be replaced with a new one that is in good shape. Due to the inconvenience, I think I should get a free replacement. I also ask that you take precautions to prevent such mishaps and send products carefully.
