Dear Walmart Manager,
I’m writing to report a staff member’s inappropriate behaviour during my recent visit to your business on 09-05-2023 at downtown.
David, a supermarket employee, made my friends and I quite uncomfortable when we bought groceries. David rudely said he was too busy to help us find one item. He yelled at us when we asked him again, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
We were shocked and upset by David’s behaviour toward us. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy by the employees of your establishment. The behaviour exhibited by David is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any professional setting.
Please investigate this situation right now. Staff misconduct can damage your store’s reputation and consumer base. I recommend that you train your personnel to respect and serve clients.
