Complaint about Poor Customer Service
Writing to a company’s customer service department about poor service. In your Email, Explain:

- Your request for compensation or a resolution.
Dear Customer Service Department,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received while using your company’s product/service. My name is ABC and I recently purchased Washing Machine from your company.
On 10-05-2023, I encountered an issue while using your product/service at My house. Unfortunately, the customer service I received in response to this issue was unacceptable. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my problem. I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I received.
As a valued customer, I believe that I am entitled to a resolution to this issue. I am requesting that you compensate me for the inconvenience I experienced as a result of the poor service I received. Alternatively, I would appreciate a resolution to my problem that meets my expectations and enables me to continue using your product/service with confidence.
I would like to emphasize that I am a loyal customer and I hope that we can work together to resolve this issue in a manner that is satisfactory for both parties.
