Response: I recently ordered a book titled Advanced English Grammar from your online store on October 8th Order number, B54792.
The product description clearly mentioned that it was the latest edition, and I made the payment accordingly. However, upon receiving the package yesterday, I noticed that the book delivered is an older edition, which does not match the version shown on your website.
I am quite disappointed, as I specifically ordered the latest edition for my upcoming exam preparation. I kindly request that you either send me the correct edition or arrange a full refund for the incorrect item.
I have attached photos of the book I received along with my order confirmation for your reference. Please let me know how to return the wrong edition and when I can expect the replacement or refund.
