Response: I recently made an online purchase from your website, but the product I received is completely different from what was described. On October 5th, I ordered a “SmartFit Fitness Watch Model X200”, Order ID 94723.
According to the description, it was supposed to have a heart rate monitor, waterproof design, and Bluetooth connectivity. However, the item delivered does not include any of these features and appears to be a lower-quality version.
I am quite disappointed, as I purchased this product based on the detailed specifications provided on your site. I would like to request either a replacement with the correct model or a full refund.
