Email Title: Resolving Issues with Hotel Reservation and Accommodation
- Reservation details: reservation number, check-in and check-out dates.
- Description of the issue: wrong room type, booking not found, etc.
- Request for a solution: correct room allocation, refund, or alternative accommodation.

Dear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding my recent hotel reservation under reservation number ABD1234. I am due to check in on 01-09-2023 and check out on 10-09-2023. However, I have encountered an issue with my reservation that requires your immediate attention.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had booked is not available and my reservation cannot be located in the system. This situation is quite concerning as I had made the reservation well in advance and have the confirmation email as proof.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. If the originally booked room type is unavailable, I would appreciate being allocated an equivalent or upgraded room. Alternatively, if a resolution cannot be reached, I would request a refund of the booking fee.
Given the inconvenience this situation has caused, I hope for a swift response and resolution. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I am hopeful that we can resolve this issue amicably.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
ABC
