Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor dining experience I had at your restaurant, The Grand Palace, on October 20th at 8 p.m. I had made a reservation a week in advance to celebrate my friend’s birthday, expecting a high-quality meal and excellent service. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The food served was cold and bland, and the main course was completely different from what was mentioned on the menu. Moreover, the staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that no one was available.

Considering your restaurant’s reputation and high prices, the service and food quality were unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and offer a reasonable resolution, such as a refund or complimentary meal.
